Tragic Bus Crash Claims the Lives of 6 Minors and 2 Adults
On Sunday morning, a tragic bus accident on the N1 near Roux Park, Worcester, resulted in the deaths of at least eight individuals, including six minors.
The Western Cape government confirmed that the incident involved a bus traveling from the Eastern Cape to Cape Town, which overturned around 07h15.

Emergency Teams Respond to the Incident
Western Cape Mobility Minister Isaac Sileku conveyed his condolences and shared updates regarding the situation.
“Initial reports indicate that eight people lost their lives, six of whom were minors. Several passengers sustained injuries, ranging from serious to minor,” Sileku stated.
Emergency response teams acted quickly to provide medical assistance to the injured and secure the accident scene.
