or WeightWatchers, said late Wednesday that Chief Financial Officer Amy O’Keefe will leave her role effective Friday but remain with the company until Dec. 31 “to support the finance team for the remainder of the year.” Heather Stark, most recently the head of North America finance, will assume the role of interim principal financial officer, the company said. Shares of WW dropped 0.5% in the extended session Wednesday, after ending the regular trading day up 6.2%.
